Do I need to create an account to order? +

No account is required. Simply browse products, add items to your cart, and place your order with your name and email. We keep it simple.

Can I order from multiple farms at once? +

Yes! That is one of the best things about FreshGate. Add apples from one farm, greens from another, and cherries from a third — all in one cart, one checkout, one pickup.

When and where can I pick up my order? +

We have multiple pickup locations across Troy and Oakland County. When you check out, you will see available locations and pickup windows. You will receive a confirmation with all the details.

How does pay-at-pickup work? +

We do not charge you upfront. You place your order online, then pay when you pick it up. This way you can see your produce before you pay. We accept cash and card at pickup locations.

What if something is out of stock? +

Because we work with real farms and real harvests, availability can change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and either suggest a substitute or adjust your order. No surprises.
